Where have America's eagle-wearing soldiers been deployed since 2003? They have been in Iraq—ancient Babylon, the land of Nimrod's original kingdom. And the military occupation began approximately one month after archaeologists announced the discovery of what they believed to be the tomb of Gilgamesh in that very region.

The Genesis account introduces Nimrod as a son of Cush and a grandson of Ham, placing him within the lineage of Noah. The text describes him as one who "began to be a mighty one in the earth" and a "mighty hunter before the LORD"

There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
